At Silennse, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite right, and we want to make returns and refunds as easy as possible. Please review the following policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns: You may return any product purchased directly from Silennse within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. This is primarily for hygiene and safety reasons. Exceptions are made for damaged or defective items (see section 5).
Important Note: For subscriptions, refunds are not available for recurring charges that have already been processed. However, you can cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@silennse.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). Do not return your item(s) without an RAN.
3. Refund and Exchange Options:
Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchange: If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different product, please specify your preference when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will guide you through the exchange process.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are non-refundable:
Gift cards or vouchers
Items marked as "Final Sale" or similar designations (e.g., clearance items, special offers, etc)
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@silennse.com.
Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
Upon verification, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you, or offer a full refund if a replacement is unavailable. We will also cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
6. Return Shipping Costs:
For returns due to reasons other than a damaged or defective item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its value to ensure safe return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
7. Subscription Products:
Refunds are not available for processed subscription payments. You can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
